		<description>You hit the nail on the head for me (though my issue is between 2 identical copies of Windows 7 Home Premium.) Unfortunately, Home Premium does &lt;i&gt;not&lt;/i&gt; have Local Security Policy, so I was forced to create a DWORD value in the registry. 

However, there&#039;s no change. 

By any chance - do you know which update caused this? I&#039;m sure rolling back the update will not revert the settings back to normal, but I&#039;d be able to avoid that one for now. 

Incidentally, I KNOW it was an update that caused the issue. I performed a clean install and it was perfect until the last batch of updates performed. I have no choice but to do it again, but this time I would know which to delay.</description>
